Nuraan Manuels is a recipe developer, still food photographer, tester , food writer & stylist. After landing a job as a Logistics Manager at an online food store in Cape Town I fell straight into the test kitchen and my love for food truly came to fruition. I then went on to become the General Manager at Daily Dish as well as writing, testing and shooting +- 28 recipes a week.

Finding new suppliers, local farmers, and small companies to partner with was some all part of the recipe creation process and I loved every moment of it.

I fell in love with fresh produce, cooking, and trying restaurants, pop up stores, food trucks and stalls, not only in my hometown but all over the world. Today my dream is to eat my way through the world.

Nuraan is self-motivated and detail-oriented. I will work with you to develop high-quality food content to fit your brand.
